last week I had a cross double E/W bet. Denmark, Max Kieffer, Julien Quesne. Wyndham, Michael Thompson, John Huh.
Yes, I know that the bet lost, but Kieffer did not start, so I am assuming that 2 of the bets are void, the 2 doubles including Kieffer.
Betfair are telling me that I am wrong, and that " The voided stake will go on the rest of the multiples. Only a voided stake will be returned if there are any singles in the bet. "
Anyone know if this is correct ?
It's not a lot of money, but that's not the point. Just seems wrong to me.

Betfair are right - if you have a double with a non-runner it becomes a single

sadly yeah - qudruples become trebles - trebles becomes doubles etc
