Betfair please add Lady Antebellum, Lionel Richie, Maroon 5 and Jimmy Buffett to the market. Think Richie is a massive shout for top senior here.

have just had to proper lump into bubba at 16/1 (sj+here) for all intents and purposes this is now his "home course" apparently theres been a few pics of him visiting there since last year!
in my opinion if bubba likes it that much, combined with the fact prob biggest talent in the game = my max bet of the year so far!!!! good luck. |

surprised with the simpson drift? another who loves it here, signed for greenbrier a year earlier. was 28 now 36.
|
|
By:
Cheers, just read that article Vegas. A poss negative is the amount of (media) attention he may receive during the week because of this new association. He said it was a big problem returning to Augusta as def champ.
I don't get Simpson drift either. Huge disparity between bookie/bfair. Nothing revealing on his twitter account other than a mention from someone that he should be bang on for Fed Ex Playoffs. Poss swing tinkering or minor injury. I've bet at 34 as way too big but who knows? |
|
By:
Marc Leishman another with a massive price diff between here and the books. Unlike Simpson though, Leishman is rolling. 42s is a must in this field.

Finding bets for the PGA tours Greenbrier Classic was far easier and this looks more my kettle of fish with outsiders having a superb record in the event. In 2012 three of the top four actually traded at 1000/1 before the off so don't be put off if your player is well into three figures. I have picked out five to have a look at all for varying reasons and below is a quick summary.
Scott Stallings won his first PGA tour event here in 2011 and has since gone on to add another two titles. He has played better than his finishing position has suggested the last two weeks and as a proven winner with course form I cannot leave him out at the price 0.2 ew 125/1 Scott Langley certainly comes under the category of young player coming close to their first win which fits the bill for past winners here. There does seem to be a link with another Seth Raynor par 70 course - Waialae where Wagner and Walker have a great record - as indeed they do here, and that remains one of Langleys best tour finishes to date - 3rd in 2012. He was 3rd at Innisbrook earlier this year and held the lead at the cut last time out - it maybe time for him to step up a gear 0.2 ew 150/1 George McNeill is having a far more consistent season than normal and I think is ready to win for the third time on tour. In his last few events the putter has really been working and he has had rounds where he has hit a lot of greens. On a course where has opened with a 64 and 66 in recent years this week could be the week where it all clicks together 0.2 ew 100/1 Tommy Gainey looks to be finally finding some form after a spell in the doldrums and the 62 he shot in the first round here last year was his best round of 2013. He does play his best golf on this side of the States so is worth a small wager 0.1 ew 200/1 Last but not least we have Johnson Wagner who seems to pop up at a big price when you least expect him to as he did last year here when 2nd after seven missed cuts. I think the reason for his success here is two fold - first of all we have the Seth Raynor link with Wagner winning in Hawaii and secondly he went to Virginia Tech so feels very much at home here 0.1 ew 300/1 |

not quite sure what to do here yet,had a "team" marked out, but am big on bubba now and it would be a bad book with the prices of the ones i'd picked, so re-evaluating at the moment.

Feeling actually quite confident i'm in the hunt here to be honest!!
B.Watson @ 16/1 - explained why above posts, cant stop thinking he's going to show something special this week. 8 points win W.Simpson @ 33/1(!) cant fathom the drift, has plenty of positives, signed to greenbrier as pro, carries their mark, over the last 2 months has done something to his driving, his accuracy is higher than any-time in his career, same with the putter altho was always decent, and the greens seem to be getting hit again. 4 points win. K.J.Choi @ 60 no other reason than i'd be proper p!ssed if he won,he was kinda my original back every week man - 2 points win D.Summerhays @ 55 - not to dificult to figure why, last two year, top ten, loves the shorter courses most of his results are on them, plus with the altitude helping even more, unlikely to see him out of the top ten. 1 points win 1 place 10/1 - 3 point top ten 9/2. c.petterson @ 100 has had a couple of reasnable starts here, and playing quite well, his ball striking over the last 2 weeks has been very good. 1 point win - 1 top ten 7/1 T.Potter jr @ 130 How can u not? does not matter about form etc,is just "that" course for him imo, just cant see him playing badly. 1 point win 2 top ten 12/1. K.Na @ 36 think the consistency he seems to have this season will serve well, again not a big hitter, will be trying to capitalise in this one. 2 points win 2 place 6/1. J.Wagner @ 360 much the same as potter, seems forms irrelevant, just enjoys the course imo 1/2 point win 1/2 place 80/1 1 top 10 33/1 1 top 20 12/1. thats 31 points, hopeful of a good return - Good Luck All..... |

By:
Watney - Top 5 @16 and win only @80 on here.
Morgan Hoffmann - Top 5 @29 and win only @120 on here. Swafford - Top 5 @36 and win only @180 on here. McGirt - Top 5 @42 and win only @290 on here. Bae Sang Moon - E/W @150s with Paddy. Here's hoping... |

more and more ,bubbu mad i am - upping his from 8 points to 12!!!
just been reading anothr article, heres a little extract from it - Watson moved his family a month ago into a home built at The Greenbrier, the resort in West Virginia that has hosted royalty and U.S. presidents — and now has its resident Bubba. “It’s nice sleeping in your own bed,” Watson said. He’ll tee it up in the Greenbrier Classic starting Thursday on the par-70 Old White TPC. Watson first learned about the stately resort from 2011 tournament winner Scott Stallings, who extolled its warm, relaxed setting. Watson played in the tournament for the first time last year, finishing eight shots behind winner Jonas Blixt. Shortly after, Watson joined the resort’s staff of professional golfers and broke ground on the new house. “We looked at what West Virginia has to offer,” he said. “You have a family atmosphere, many things to do besides golf. The mountains are nice views. So when you add that all up, it becomes an easy place to decide to move to.” When asked if he’s now a West Virginian, Watson replied, “I’m not sure. But I like it so far. So hopefully, everybody else likes me.” In addition to playing five rounds on Old White in the past two weeks, Watson tweeted pictures of himself fishing in a nearby river and pond, getting up-close looks at black bears and looking over the New Orleans Saints’ preseason training camp facility under construction at the resort. |
