I just played my best ever round on my home course....

i play off 18 and my best is pretty simalar but seriously the fact is at 2 years in u are just in infants i guarentee u'll do it again and better!

I played my first round (nine holes) for almost nine years yesterday.

I shot 57 on a par-35 course! Lost ball off the first tee (using a four-iron); a miraculous shot out of a ditch that had my mate calling me "Seve"; and somehow I managed to lose my coat on the course (luckily it was handed in by someone playing behind me).

One par, two bogeys and +20 for the other six holes. Shocking. But I really enjoyed it.

what do i do now, maybe shocking, but the par and the 2 bogeys were all well played imo !

hackers thread

handicaps were designed for us hackers - means i can challenge u on a relativly even playing field -C'MON BRING IT - U WANT SOME EH!!??

Tbf, next time round i was 10 shots worse...

i have found the key to a good round of golf, a pre game pint. works a treat, had one yesterday went out and shot 70 . net 65. lets your game flow

when i was younger i was out on the saturday night, took 2 ecstasy pills, i know, dont do it kids, was on the tee at 7.00 in the sunday morning and shot 72.

i had 20/20 vision on the course and reached my ball from my drive in nano seconds.

. gonna try it again on sunday, texas scramble though. will report back

well done, the funny thing about golf is that we have all hit that perfect shot, that is what makes you play again next week.

the only problem is hitting those 45 or so "nearly" perfect shots that allow us to shoot that great score that we all look for and get once in a blue moon.
