I just cannot see how this is an improvement....It looks good but it is blindingly slow.....advertisements show as double pictures.....To not be able to access the leaderboard is like going into a coffee shop and them saying "we are out of coffee" ffs.....

Same here. Just sent them a narky email. Fel free to do likewise at dotcomfeedback@pgatourhq.com. It's been bad since they did the updates but now I can't get the leader board to load at all. On both my iphne and laptop the leaderboard won't load. Even when it does, on the iphone they've removed the highlight/colour player option, which means I'm stuck with the same highlighted players I had from the last tournament before the update.

They need to sack the IT people that made these completely pointless, annoying and stupid "improvements" to a perfectly good and functional website. They might also want to try testing future updates before going live. Lastly, they should consider resigning themselves, and committing hari kari for the benefit and satisfaction of their customers.

Leaderboard will not load for me at the moment.  All the adverts seem to appear instantly though.

The leaderboard is a disaster.  Loads sometimes, and even when it does it's so hard to read.  It just doesn't look like a leaderboard, even if they are going to keep that monstrosity they should have the option of a simpler text leaderboard to see all the scores at a glance and not at a squint.  Going to do a feedback email when I get a chance and everyone else should too.

I like some aspects of it, for example the fact you can now click on any hole and it brings up the PBP for that hole with a map.  And the highlight colour option seems simpler now.  The negatives are that each row is so big you only get about 10 players on the screen at once, plus of course the fact that it either doesn't load, or partially loads and then moves so you invariably end up clicking on the wrong thing.

send your complaints to dotcomfeedback@pgatourhq.com - only way they might take any notice that people hate the new site.

Re earlier comments...it's a complete rsss up, obviously done for ads trafffic, yet no-one will bother if leaderboard n/a i give up

More ads than a womans magazine....nothing loads quickly if at all.

If i had wanted to know Luke Donalds Aunts favourite colour i am sure i could have found it elsewhere, all i actually want is a current upto date leaderboard that loads and updates quickly and accurately, and stats for players that may assist with selection...

Sent a lengthy email with a few suggestions.  Even if they want to keep the bells and whistles which make it so hard to read and also stop it working half the time, they should really offer a simple, textual alternative for people who want scores at-a-glance.  Be interesting to see if i get any reply.

Scoring been woeful tonight, just keeps taking 10 minutes off.  Site gets worse every week, can't even achieve the simple stuff any more.

Yes does that for me as well, guy at the top of the leaderboard already showing card and profile on opening (when it opens) the leaderboard. Even more annoyingly, on my iphone I can't take players off "my leaderboard" anymore. So now, not only are the players I had highlighted different colours during the tournament before the website changes forever so highlighted, but the players I had for the Players' Championship are stuck at the top of my screen.

I'm convinced it gets worse every week.  They can have had nothing but bad feedback it but are just being pigheaded - they should at least provide a simpler alternative leaderboard THAT ACTUALLY WORKS and let people decide which to use.

if you go to shottracker at least that always works, on the pc anyway.  Also, i have found that their mobile app consistently works regardless of whether or not you can access their website via the phone or pc.  The app is pretty decent actually, just have to remember to go in that way as opposed to over the web.

Looks like they've changed the font to make things a bit more readable, which is a start, I suppose.  Deckchairs on the Titanic, mind you.

Still having problems here. Are any browsers getting it without problems?  Am on chrome..

nah mate have tried em all - leaderboard just goes on strike for 15 mins every hour - worst part of it is i think every other site gets thier scores from em.

thought it was just my pc. been trying all day to get it to work.
i only want it to see who needs to qualify for the open.

I Reported the website problem on internet explorer then i added it to compatibility settings which done nothing so i removed it and the leader board came up !, so what exactly happened there is open to debate whether explorer sorted it i am not quite sure i do know that the explorer browser has had problems like it wasn't allowing the TV catchup site to operate so if the PGA leaderboard does not open next time you use it try another browser like Firefox or Google chrome.

I've tried it on ie, firefox and chrome on several devices and its filth on all of them. I emailed them again yesterday.

If anyones still having problems with the pga site i would advise you to stay away from internet explorer because that browser has a lot of serious issues with various software right now, if the leaderboard does not come up first time with chrome repeatedly refresh the leaderboard  it eventually comes up if you leave it a while, overall the google chrome runs far smoother than explorer on all sites.
