Can't believe they use Monty and this clown Roe for majors but don't use Wayne Riley. Sums it up really
to be fair hibee anyone whos anyone is in the fieldof course the club pros are just also rans but this is far tougher to win than the masters

I must agree that riley is a shocking omission.
those 20 don't count but80% of the field have some sort of chance.
I do think its strong but some of the WGC events or Fed ex events at end of year are very strong too although they are limited fields
have switched over to news, thought they might have used the break in play a bit more constructively by showing some close up shots of Okey Kokey's caddie - I think she is probably his daughter but could even be his wife.
just playing devils advocate but who do think is in those events but missing here/

basically my thoughts are the final Fed Ex for example features the 70 most form players based on the whole year so has to be very strong. Its all very subjective tho mate 
Team of 28 I think mate I always have a decent cut at the majors as liquidity is so good. Got a few under par like Bradley, Casey, Kuchar, Haas etc and a few on the fringes. Always look to get 2 or 3 in with a chance on Sunday then go from there
The Players is the strongest field every year is it not

Clark is awful in my opinion he gets more things wrong that right.
Who knows Rhino I think I hear Sky say about 5 times a year that this is the best/strongest event so who knows what to believe

Pretty sure The Players is the one - has the most stringent qualifying criteria.

I'm glad I made a last min decision to back Manassero because if I never, of the afternoon starters my highest guy would be John Huh at +1. I've added Scott Piercy ew at 100/1 now. Good value, and hoping he can sneak another birdie before the end of the round then take advantage in the morning with soft conditions.

Anybody know if Ishikawa is -2 or -1? PGA leaderboard have him at -2 hence the reason I backed him ew after he birdied the 16th to go -2 at 250/1. Looks like he is only -1 though. The PGA website leaderboard has been an absolute JOKE today. Is it run by amateurs??
I imagine it's correct now colldogg and it's -1, but I remember seeing him at -2 even though he never got to -2 so I feel your frustration
PGA leaderboard is at it again this time with Webb Simpson. They have him finished at +2 while ESPN have him +1 after he birdied the last. Unbelievable, can't even get the correct scores when the rounds have finished. They still have Ishikawa on -2 and all.
ESPN gone back to +2 on Webb now. Between ESPN and the PGA leaderboards they couldn't tell you the time let alone how many times it takes a guy with a stick to hit a ball around a field

Has to be a rick , he needs to shoot the lowest round in major history to have a slight chance of making the cut.
Also got Vijay, Streelman, and bigman Bernd sitting on level par, so you never know..

None of mine under par but all out early this morning, so hopeful rather than confident of a push upwards today, hopefully from Snedeker if from any of them.
great first day for me, for once. Have traded Furyk, left him a tiny winner, dumped a chunk of Blixt but still a 7K winner and in the process of doing the same to Cab-Bello. Am gonna let Westy, Day and Zach ride, and Garrigus not big enough to bother. Using the funds from the Blixt and Cab dump to make Haas a very nice winner. Has never contended in a major, a fact which surely must change and he loves these old classic courses. With wins at East Lake, Riviera and Congressional this is right up his alley. 3 back and 46s, a steal imo. With Sergio, the Hoff and Moore all at -1 and very nice winners, I'm extremely happy with my book right now.
