As a general rule, majors aside, which market tends to be more active, American golf or European?

Mostly PGA....but when those from Europe, avoiding taxes, playing in USA comes back to play in Europe, liquidity would match or be better than the PGA.
PGA usually better unless it is a big event. Think the timing is a big factor.
