3rd April sent you a message, asking you to update.
9th April (yes, six days later), you respond asking which players are missing, as your golf experts consider that they have every qualifier listed.
9th April, I respond listing many players missing.
Since then I have sent you 3 reminders, none of which you have even bothered replying to.
I appreciate that golf may not be your biggest money spinner, but this has gone beyond a joke.
I will not telephone, as I get fed up with being left on hold for ages.
Please go and give your golf manager a kick up the 'arris, and tell him to get his, or her, act together.

Hi Maggot - I can only assume you didn't send those messages to me as I've not seen them! If you add here the names you want added, I'll chase them this morning. I can't act much quicker than that - and if that still makes this the 'worst customer service in corporate history' can you let me know your bank, utility supplier and mobile provider as I'll switch instantly :-)
Sad that the quickest way to get action nowadays is to post stuff on Facebook or twitter .

BJG / Kelly - yes, Twitter (@BetfairHelpdesk) is there to use if you want/need to. But similarly, if people contact me or the other BCMs on here, we'll also assist. On this occasion, I didn't get those messages but I've responded within 30 minutes of seeing maggot's post.
Apropos of replies to e-mails , sent one to a bookie site , about 3 weeks ago . Took them 6 days to reply ( apologetically but the query was already out of date when the reply came ) .
Angel Cabrera apparently is one of those who should be up on site , certainly think there would be more interest in him than in Paul Casey for instance . But never sure about the Open , with qualifying tournaments all over the place .

At least a 8 - 10% lay influence on the market there , maggot , Cabrera being the lowest price among them , but Gonzo and Lynn plus the Americans also could not be ruled out .

Top 15 finishes (including ties) from last year's U.S. Open
Top 30 finishers on the previous year's PGA Tour money list

I know it's nothing to do with you, but somebody at Betfair should really have their finger on the pulse, in particular, when it comes to the majors.
If we believe your advertising campaign, then you are supposed to be a leading light in the sports betting business, and it shouldn't come down to the likes of myself to tell you who has qualified for the biggest golf tournaments on the planet.

Freddie Jacobson and Robert Garrigus are officially out of the 2013 Zurich Classic of New Orleans, officials announced Wednesday. No reasons were given for their withdrawals.
Garrigus recently tied for 38th at the 2013 Masters and Jacobson tied for 25th. Garrigus said on Twitter that he'll be at the Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow next week.

I am trying to place bets but with great difficulties.I click on a player but nothing happens.After clicking hundreds of times I managed to place some bets but there are still some bets that I can't place.

Make sure u have clicked on winner or u wont b able to put players in the betslip^ no idea wat the reason behind havin to do it is but when u dont click on winner u get the grid of prices but cant click on em!
