This is a little complicated so I will try to keep it as brief and informative as I can. Yesterday before round 3 had even started a backed Caberra with Hills at what i thought was 25-1 for £25 but on by open bet receipt it states £25 @ evens! Naturally I queried this numerous times only to be told by most likely low level live chat help that my bet stand at evens as this was the price when the bet was submitted.........they then say it changed to 25's six seconds later! (reasons being live price fluctuations ((which is nonsense)) Even this morning when he was joint leader he was on offer at 11/2! If he should win what are my options for seeking a successful resolution. Clearly a mistake has been made but no one at hills wants to know this. Anyone been in a situation like this before? Anyone who knows anything about betting can clearly see the error........

Would not normally entertain IBAS but in this situation it would be a clear victory.
They will quite clearly have a record of changes in price throughout the tournament and your bet will stand at 25/1 as I doubt he was ever under 20/1 until yesterday. If not, threaten them with taking it to IBAS!

Yeah thats right, but I cant get any sense from them. Guess if he wins I will have to put it in writing and go from there. . . . .
They are total mugs if they think he was evens at that point. Jokers. They have probably given you his top 10 price by mistake.
i guess your bet was placed for Cabrera to win his 2-ball.
