He holed out yesterday level par on TV, and 150s seems quite big if he is -1...but I guess masters.com leaderboard got -1 right..

looked it up earlier, was thinking of laying Rory to make the cut
but it's gone from top 36 to top 50 this year so I may leave it.

Zach Johnson    190    £3.00    £567.00

John Huh 610    £4.00    £2,436.00
Ryo Ishikawa  655.1    £18.25    £11,938.15
Bernhard Langer  993.4    £30.24    £30,009.76
Marc Leishman 910.1    £4.00    £3,636.60

David Lynn 789.2    £18.21    £14,353.19
David Toms 750.3    £14.00    £10,489.70

Are my main contenders, I backed about 30 players with odds over 300-1. for a total of about £200.
I could cash-out now and make £70, but where is the fun in that?

gutted that Bernhard Langer bogeyed 17, but still hoping he can do something special today.

5 of my time of 16 on life support, 2 critical, the other 9 not too bad overall.  Could still lose on it, but there are still some crazy prices up there.  Might have to add one or two later today when we see how the early starters are doing.

poulter quote before yesterday's round

“I’ve hit the right shots at practice,” he said. “I feel that how I’ve looked at the golf course in terms of statistics, how I’ve played the course the number of years I have, I have generally played it pretty well.

“You know, I’m kind of fired up to play well again this year and try and slip one of those jackets on come Sunday.”Silly

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reminds of the story (don't remember the details, think The Open) where Poulter was explaining online/twitter/tv show or something, why he and some other pro like to hire a house and have the comfortable feeling of "home" rather than a hotel during the week.

Some "wag" asked him could he have Saturday and Sunday when he wouldn't need it. Curt response apparently.Happy

The 10 shot rule actually engenders a fair bit of interest in my experience .  Big influence on the cut betting obviously .  Only fair that everyone betting on cuts knows the rules , sometimes dialling into the forum pays dividends , but some dont reference posts on here etc .  Part of the rich tapestry of life .
