Could someone please let me know whether the market has all the runners in, or might some be non runners / new ones be added?

the market has listed all runners, but the 13 players at the bottom aren't currently qualified to play, so they are non runners.
Only one more player may be added to the field and that is the winner of this weeks Valero Texas Open.

93 runners - quite a few on here aren't playing, full list here http://www.masters.com/en_US/players/player_list.html
