Brendan Steele E/W @ 135
Nice steady start to the season, and finished 5th here last year, including a closing round of 64.

@poke.....There did not appear to be any glitches on the site and I have been using it a fair bit .
it was to do with only ringing up in australia. it wasnt important anyway. saved me money
Does anybody know where I can get 3 ball results from please?
Not sure anywhere to get resukts, apart from going into a shop and asking. Is it from this wk? Who did you back?
i used to check on ladbrookes site not been on in a while tho
Morning starters seemed to have a 2 shot advantage yesterday.Don't know why but if the same applies today a couple of players that may be worth backing;
Robert Garrigus (-5) 34
Martin Flores (-6) 140
Robert Garrigus (-5) 34
Martin Flores (-6) 140
Going to top up on Garrigus myself. Could tear it up early.
Any idea when the 2nd round is due to start lads after the late finishers tidy up?
Traded Chucky for a small red, think 48s a bit short given he's seven back. Needs to go real low so time to bail. Will probably throw a 59 in now. Getting on Ryan Moore, he has those go low qualities, -5 and a big price. Vegas boys love the desert
Even though Garrigus is already a good winner, have a moved a bit of Palmer to him. Think there are some crazy prices in the 40+ bracket, on this course there are some low scores our there. Good luck with yours.
Laid half of my greens on Mickelson..........odds too low considering two days left to play IMO.
Walkover, playing superb, new driver made all the difference.
What should he be ski? Give him the trophy now, and put the winner w/o market up immediately
Have just decided to bite the bullet and concede to Phil Mickleson. Now on the outright market, Phil - €162 and the field - €450.... a little consolation where I have €100 @ 1.49 Phil to finish in top 10. Net - €113. ( if Mickleson wins ). Could live with that.
Anything can... doesn't mean anything will. This is Phil, not Louis, going to absolutely walk this. As good of a display as we have seen in a regular tour event in a very long time. Perfect golf.
Perfect golf ................................ splash.
Good timing.
Good timing.
I'd really be laughing if you'd said that a couple of hours ago.
Not sure what that means ell
Duffman made cut streak over

I agree so far perfect golf until the 18th.......splash........bounced off the green and down the slope (bad luck).........a bit too far past the pin......2 putt........double bogey.
Anything can happen..........now come on rhino......you've been on here long enough to know that

he will still win but he made some mess of that 18th.............what a muppet
One thing I learned about Phil over the years is that tournaments he cares about like this one or majors, he stays focused and usually plays well for 4 rounds. For minor tournaments that he shows up for to appease his sponsors, he goes through the motions but thinks and plays like he'd rather be anywhere else. It's actually one of the reasons I don't care for the guy.
Righto ski
Get back on he will still walk it, the DB will just re-focus him for tomorrow. Billy boy and Keegan aren't shooutout guys for me, prefer them on tough courses, Sneds 6 back, Moore 8 back are the shootout guys and it's big gap. DB a minor blimp.

I agree that there is a 95% chance Phil will win this if he shoots under par for the next 2 days.
Do i want to get back on?.............i wait until he reach 2......1.75 a tad low.....an early bogey tomorrow would be a fine thing.
Had a nice trade on cabrera, sned, keegan so hoping a low score from these guys tomorrow.

But i will hand this to you rhino........your timing above was better than a Swiss watch...
I would've thought the winner will shoot -25 or better.
Certainly not a case of "2 under par rounds to win".

hav the TV commentators mentioned VJ at all first 2 days
ps--I don't subscribe to sky until the masters

So let me get this straight - Cabrera was 600+ pre-tournament, and Ryan Moore was 85s. Now, with two days still to go and a one shot lead over Moore, Cabrera is the shorter (price) of the two? Something seems awry there.
This a perfect posi for Sneds, right behind and putting like a demon. Phil relies on getting it close, Sneds can stick em in from anywhere. lets not forget Keegan who on many days is a fierce putter in the Sneds mould, rarely lagging it up. Im on Billy but he seemed to get scared when on a run and started being short with putts so am concerned that Phil and Keegan may outplay him, but he best them in a playoff last year so it will be a matter of his mid.
Will take some effort to come from behind all 3 of those, but I admit I never get Phil right and he did look very good indeed

Phils double has opened this up a bit. 36 holes is a long way to go. The course offers plenty of birdie chances i would expect one of the chasing pack to get 23 - 25 under so Phil still has plenty of work to do. Phil usually chucks in a few silly mistakes so should be a few price fluctuations.
Slight change to my book. Outright Phil Mickleson - €81..... The Field -€550......and top ten market + €44 Phil...leaving me net - €37..which is ok. Hope I am correct and Phil is on a dream with new driver. Do you know it may not be the driver but just a psychological thing that is going on with him. Either way, hope he wins.
i think its not so much phil. sneds or someone else can shoot -9 and phil goes -3 or -4 round 3 and its game on round 4.....
A winning score of -24 seems feasible so anybody at -17 or better at the end of the day is going to be in with a live shot tomorrow. Expect someone to go really low on moving day and my potential movers (upwards hopefully) are;
David Hearn (-10) 200+
Troy Matteson (-10) 200+
David Hearn (-10) 200+
Troy Matteson (-10) 200+
phil wont let this type of lead slip............please note he is 2nd in PGA events wins in last 30 years..........this event is a done dinner
Why are the caddie running from tee to the green.....one of then just took an almighty tumble....
Caddy races at the 16th. Something else for the crowd to bet on.
Poor day for Keegan, just level par today and likely lost £20k to big Phil

Hoping Mickelson gets a double bogey again on the 18th........it would double my greens if he did.
I am still amazed at the difference between Mickleson's play this week and last. There is absolutely nothing to suggest this would happen. Harrington ,regrettably is not putting 2 rounds back to back at this level. I see him finishing 3rd .
Mickelson been like that for a few years now.....plays badly then suddenly bang on form with class......plays badly for a few months then bang on form again.......the rest of the season = nowt.
do you get the feeling micko will chip in on the 17th ? i can just see it
Didn't like the last 4 holes......was hoping the gap, therefore odds, between Snekky and Phil narrow down then green up. Tomorrow going to be another boring Sunday.
more "greening up" this weekend, you must surely be on the PC at this stage?
Winner W/O Woods last week, Winner W/O Mickelson this week... We're going retro at the moment. O'Meara is a shoe in next week at Pebble.
Could it be a day for upsets. Italian rugby team putting it up to the imperious French and have just taken the lead.
had a small bet on ryan moore inwithout mickleson market 8
Choices!!!! 1) Lay Phil. 2) Back Sneds. 3) Lay both Phil and Sneds 4) Lay Phil and back Sneds. I'm into suicide missions this week end.
Italians win in Rome and France were the same price as Phil is now. Could the double happen. Hope not as I am depending on Phil to win this.
Laying Phil with view to trade as can see this being close on back nine
Really, take it you mean in the without Mickleson race
Went for option 4. Made a bit of a mess of the trading to start with though. Laid Snedeker for £100 more than I meant to. Got out of it and now have laid a 1.14 chance and a 1.45 chance. Still in trouble though, but not so much.
Do we really have a tournament or is it wishful thinking.
Phil has been carrying a fair bit of luck so far.
complete fluke of a putt. He is still an accident waiting to happen.
still, he is my favourite player, all im concerned about is my 2 ball bet with Sneds.

ffs. laid the winner in Dubai and now Mickelson. Always on the wrong end of these miracle shots
an impressive reshuffle by betfair in the without market
If Phil's ball missed the cup on that last birdie, how far away would his par putt be? Keep it going Phil. @Tallywagger, surprised you have not tried to trade out of your lay on Mickleson before now.
Laid him at 1.14 before the final round, so no massive damage. Laid the winner in Dubai at 1.64 before the final round (let it run)
Just could have been so much different without the two monster putts.

You make your own luck in golf and Phil is playing the only way he knows.

Nonesense, he would be playing driver off every tee if that was the case.
he has been very lucky so far.
He has just missed that birdie putt.

Golf is funny , Sneds has played garbage so fat and is 3 under.
Phil could quite easily be over par for his round as well.

Ok, I think I will lay him then as I respect your opinion, thanks
you dont have to respect my opinion. It is only a message board. We dont have to agree, life
would be dull if everyone had the same views.
Phil should win the tournament but he has been very lucky on what is a wide open course.

Any informed opinion as to which team will win the superbowl.
sned just when from 40's into 2.20 the back out, somebody just made a big mistake?
What just happened..........?.....got all my money laid for snekky matched @5
Looked like Phil's drive was going in the water at 17. Stopped a foot short.
1,800 word answer by pod...last time they will ask him a question about his swing
...last time they will ask him a question about his swing
maybe they think its like last week and finishes on monday
My ac count was settled within a few minutes. @ maggot..... Brendan Steele gave you a good run. Hope you made it pay.
no joy for me yet. its still showing as "suspended" in the winner market
@Ski....did you work out what happened re your Snedeker bet ?
If it does not balance out correctly, go to your unsettled bets. If everything looks as it should iyo then just phone customer services. I am certain they can sort you very quickly.
There is a changeover of staff from UK to Aussie around this time and the superbowl will keep them busy. Just ring them.

No idea......only the person who swoop all the prices down to 5 can tell us.
I can assume the person thought Snekky would get an eagle.....that's all i can think of.
