Anyone know how this one works now?
I backed Bradley at 13/5 with PP prior to Els' withdrawal. Their site states 'NR Rule 4 will apply'
Harrington has stepped in as reserve though, but is likely to be a shade bigger than Els's price of 5/2 (PP haven't updated the field yet, but others who have, such as WH, make no mention of the reserve coming in)
So does anyone betting when Els was in the field just ignore Harrington and treat it as a 3 man event (but with a rule 4 deduction on Els) or is Harrington seen as a like for like replacement and will count in the result?

Need to ring customer services for this, probably a NR. Harrington is 11/4 with PP.
I have had a "good bet" on WEBB SIMPSON at 4.1 on Betfair. I think he will take all the beating.
i considered simpson aswell but have gone for bradley instead.
As you were with PP - no Rule 4 as Harrington is a similar price to Els and will count in a 4 man field

Just a note on the U.S. players who were defeated in the Ryder Cup. Furyk and Davis Love 3rd {capt} really caved in yesterday in the McGlad tournament. Might be worth noting here also. Harrington as an outsider for me.
I assume this 2 day event is 18 holes per day rather than 36 per day?

P.G.A.tour website has some video of first day's play if anybody wants to see it. Nice 2 shot lead for Padraig after 1st round and Keegan Bradley has given himself a lot to do at 2 over.
Nice potato ( not mashed ) . First win for a while for Padraig , guess there was also a bit of schadenfreude present ref happenings before and after Medinah last month .
