regarding the issue of value and not laying off tiger and ponce because of eroding value, it's kind of interesting how people perceive value.

example:
back someone 1k @ 10's
lay off 800 @ 3's

effectively making it 200 @ 38's (surely the potential liability has to be a factor in deciding value??)

but if you laid 999 @ 3's then you effectively you get $1 @ 7002's.

isnt that value?

so i guess my point is 'isn't laying off for no liability as the worst result' the ultimate value?

surely getting something for free is more more 'valuable' than having to pay for it with some amount?

perhaps i'm getting it wrong but i dont see laying off at very low prices for no liability or guaranteed profit either way as something to be ashamed of. it appears some perceive it as being a soft c0ck or whatever but i think it's totally smart.

having said that. backing something @ 10's and laying off @ 9's for no liability is eroding value. but 300k either way is the ultimate value isn't it??
