Does anyone know a website that tells you what type of player suits a particular course etc for the PGA in particular this weeks TPC.

Things like holes 10 and 11 are the hardest you need to be a long driver with good putting etc. Or driving accuracy is key to doing well on this course.

one way is to access a players scorecard from a tournament and see what stats were key for him doing well at that course.

eg . the following link is to fowlers scorecard last week and if you scroll down to the bottom this will give you some info. so in this case you can see he was proficient in dr accuracy and gir while still being not too shabby in the dr distance.

also there are some hacks who write on this site solely about golf and they usually give you an idea of what is required and the course requirements. just try googling ' betfair golf' and this may get you there.

in short you will end up pulling in little nuggets of info from various sources.

there is no substitute for watching it though, so what you learn this year you can put into action next year.
