Thanks "frames" for SP's picks and thanks "Loyal" for your thoughts too.
I played 3 earlier (1st 10 for £2.50 ew's) Bezuidenhout, Wallace and Taylor was looking for some selections to top up my bets.
Like to play around 5 or 6 between 66/1 and 200/1 as 1 in the top 10 makes a profit and gives me some interest for the weekend (hopefully).

Dustin Johnson. Once top of the World rankings now languishes in position 969. Has no form whatsoever in the last three years, having played very few events. Has missed the cut in six of the last majors he has teed up. Can be layed at 2.1 to miss the cut. Goes out at 07.41 on Day 1, into the mist and dew. Surely has to be laid to MC.

For what it's worth I think the sweet spot has improved immensely since Dave Clark has hosted. For me he gets the best out of Steve Palmer. This edition is an embarrassment

Sorry -- did not see the request for final day tips, which were:-
Bryson DeChambeau to win match 3 Patrick Cantlay to win match 5 JJ Spaun to win match 7 Tyrrell Hatton to win match 9 Harris English to win match 12
Europe to win 15-13 outright correct score
You could have got 16/1 on that correct score bet.

Surely 'Stevie' is with Young. I think he went 3points e/w on him. He is playing well but now he is no longer playing catch-up. So do we see from Young another collapse? There has been so many this year that betting these boys is becoming lunacy. Continuing the lunacy I will go with Jason Day. It is good fun and all to play for still.

Note that in the last couple of weeks Steve has had a couple of low-ish priced winners not listed here. The Women and Seniors tours are not covered because my principal reference is The Sweet Spot, whereas those events are not priced up till later so are tipped in Thursday's paper, too late for The Sweet Spot.
Another reason to buy the paper or subscribe online.

An a side note last weeks Catalunya winner has to rank very high in amazing golf wins.Never had a top 10 ,early in his career granted,he equals the course record on Friday, beats it on Saturday for a 50k bonus and then tops it off by equalling the new course record on Sunday for a 14 shot victory and he started the week a 1000 on here.
Absolutely staggering performance.
