when a Tier3 race appears on a normal program,is it now called a no-penalty(see geelong race 9 tonight)?or is it that people enter on a friday night hoping to be put into a slugs race? or are there not enuf real dogs to fill the program because of over-racing,and so slug races are advertised on normal nights...this last probably the reason

anyways, just another crappy meeting at the 'funnel' track.
if interested i will explain 'Funnel' later.

if so why?? turnover down, interest waning.
