On the 5th of March 2026 at 14:30 I played 2 blackjack hands. One of the hands lost and the other hand I got perfect pairs and a push. the hand was 7 pounds on main bet and 1 pound on side bets. I won 33 pounds and I was never paid out. I gave it time, I refreshed the page. I logged on my laptop and still no payment. I then logged the issue with support and since then I have followed up everyday and I am constantly being told ''this has been logged with our provider and you will need to wait for an email from them'' Its now been about 80 hours and I have still not received my 33 pounds. The level of support I have received has been disgusting. I have had no updates and no assurance that I will ever receive the 33 pounds. I feel like this is never going to be taken seriously as its only 33 pounds. There is no number I can call, there is no senior/manager that this has been escalated to. This small incident has completely put me off gambling. Is there anyone who is actually going to help me?
