I am based in ireland, used lodge money to my betfair account by going into paddy power and lodging cash. They are now closed so i went into ulster bank and used a sort code and account number i used in the past ( a few years ago). I quoted my username and lodged my cash. That was a week ago and no sign of anything going into my account. There seems to be no method of speaking to a human these days and messanger doesnt seem to understand or want to and just close the conversation.
Any help would be appreciated .
