I can't access my mobile phone app. It says EXCHANGE HAS STOPPED Try again. When I do, it says EXCHANGE KEEPS STOPPING Close app. And that's that. Removed it and reinstalled several times but the same happens. Can someone please help?

We would kindly ask you to try the below and see if it fixes it: - uninstall your application - close all your web browser sessions which have any Betfair sessions open - clear all of your phone's data cache from the beginning of time - update your phone to the most recent software available - download the application with the latest version available for you
