Delay in Issuing/receiving a cheque
I made a request for a withdrawal from my account on 8 Match and as of 25 March still have not received a cheque through the post. I wondered if cheque withdrawals normally took this long. and what, if anything I can do to expedite matters. Futhermore, I have been told that betfair will not look in to this matter until the 30 days after the initial withdrawal request.

Apologies for the delay there, however you are correct. A cheque withdrawal is normally expected to be delivered between 10 to 30 days. If the cheque is not received by the 8th of April please contact us over at Customer Services in order to follow this up.
