I placed a bet on a GAA outright market  at 9/2 and put price on the docket . I had checked this price on my phone and in the shop as I was writing the docket in the shop. Bet was accepted and when I went to collect I was told it was 4/1. She said paddy power have different prices online and when I said I checked in shop she said they can differ also. Going by what she said you can’t be guaranteed any price! Ridiculous

She said the price was 4/1 for 4 days prior to the bet but I have an online bet 1 day prior to my shop bet at 9/2 also.
This shows they are either lying or prices do differ online and in shop.

Is there anything I can do but suck it up and accept I’ve been rode and take the lesson not to bet in shops?

email the CEO to start the ball rolling.

It will undoubtedly get passed on to an underling who should then acknowledge and eventually resolve your 'dispute'.
