Does anyone know how these free packages are calculated as I turned over £34,000 last month making a profit of £3,000, but all ever Betfair give me is a £25.00 exchange bet.
Where two other account holders get the £300 free exchange Betfair.
Betfair refuse to change my rewards programme.

Further to my question BF said this, which I think is unfair,

We will keep you informed if there are any adjustments at all possible to your package Anthony. If there are this wouldn't be something you can choose from your end, but we will keep you informed.

He is paying 5%+ commission, I imagine and after more or less welching on the promise of promotions/bonuses, they won't let him switch to 2%. With 34k turnover and 3k wins, he will have paid ~1k in commission @5%.

Think I'd prefer a £25 free bet than £1,200 in premium charges myself.  Where do I get this package?

obviously been discussed numerous times, pc payers are better off at 2%

@dave he could be paying any commission rate - I'm on 2% but my most profitable strategy ever paid £1000 in commission out of £2000 profit in 18 months.

@westham

"Betfair refuse to change my rewards programme."

What happens if you change it yourself?

don't be pedantic, longbridge, he has a rewards programme, so quite obviously isn't on 2% and isn't getting rewards worth the description.

I'm not being pedantic dave - looks at the packages on offer - none of them offer anything like a £300 free bet every month.
