haven't had the issue..but just a coupleof ideas..
might be worth checking (if you haven't already) whether there are attempts being made to access your account under the my account - account details - security settings ... maybe that setting up two step security might help... sadly the CS help is a bit limited these days but contact them for advice if it continues. |

Thanks, I checked that as you suggested. The only log in attempts were by me. Even though I key in the correct password, it logs it as a fail and it doesn't let me try to log in again - it then makes me change my password. I have had two new passwords already today ... sigh

Setting up 2FA is always a good idea (apart from for that chap on another thread who didn't have a smartphone...).

only other thoughts...
is regarding how you're logging in.. is it when using the app as opposed to website, or both...? if it was just app..could use a web browser on phone ( a high profile one) and see if that makes a difference and finally are you using too simplistic a password ? (you'd think that would be flagged when setting it though - but some websites insist on characters and numbers being included. don't think either is likely but that's all I've got I'm afraid.. I'm sure the issue has been raised before somewhere..hopefully amidst the tumbleweed of General betting someone else can help. |

Thanks for your thoughts. It has happened both on the web and on the app on my phone. Password is confirmed as strong when I set it up. I've not had to make any changes so far today.
