Not something I recall ever seeing previously but I currently have an exposure level of over £300 according to the my account section and available balance reflects this...
however I have no such exposure in any markets currently - I have an all green in one outright partially settled market that shows profit both with and without the include settled bets option ticked...
is anyone familiar with this or something similar and able to explain why...I'm obviously hoping that once the market is fully settled it will all tally up correctly but a little concerned at the moment..
many thanks in advance for any assistance. I would try the helpdesk but barely feels worth it these days....
as stated above it's in profit both with and without including settled bets...
Have contacted BF through live chat and as they couldn't explain it (not surprisingly) has been passed on to their trading team....

Given that this is in a partially settled market, not sure if either of these scenarios are possible, but;
1) You`ve had £300 of backs, (or a net £300 more of backs than lays), leaving you all-green, yet any new entrant to the market would come in as £300 red
2) After the First Goal Scorer-Money Saving Expert fiasco of a few years back this is less likely, but you`ve laid runners that could become non-runners, thereby converting one or more of your greens to a £300 red

appreciate the feedback Tim but it's the Womens World Cup outright market so shouldn't really apply here I'd assume....
still not heard anything back yet.

It could be a bet that hasn't gone through the system properly. I've had it before, the liability was taken but the bet never appeared on the market or in my list of bets, it was a nightmare working out which runner the exposure was on and then trying to convince live chat that the figures don't add up, eventually the traders released the exposure back into my account. Good luck.

I thought my figures didn't add up in this market either, and even got on to chat to ask about it.
Turns out i was using 'last 7 days' so it was missing bets on France & Nigeria which were settled over 7 days ago. Changed filter to last 30 days and all the figures now add up.
Not sure if this helps explain your liability.

again appreciate the idea escapee...but no I've actually got the liability listed on my account page and reflected in available balance despite market page showing true p/l both with and without settled teams...
doesn't look as though I'm going to hear anything before the final so have just taken screenshots and downloaded betting history which is pages and pages on a market like this...in case required...total swing if settled wrongly would be close to £500 so whilst not a huge sum certainly not peanuts to me...
