"I am now thinking my bet had been matched after the goal but surely my bet should have been cancelled"
See R&R 10 "For the avoidance of doubt this means that (for example) when a Material Event occurs in a soccer match and other unmatched bets are cancelled before the market is reopened, a keep bet will not be cancelled." So my thinking is that even if BF magically suspended for the goal the moment the ball crossed the line (so your bet was not swept by those with faster pics or faster fingers than those BF were using to manage the market) then the moment the market came back for betting your bet would be sitting there at very good value (to others, very poor to yourself) and would be matched almost immediately. |

Hi
Thanks for your reply So what you are saying is if you keep a bet in play it will not be cancelled if even a goal has been scored For example if I backed under 1:5 goals keep in play and a goal is scored in first 5 minutes for£200 at 1:30 someone would then match the bet once betting opens and come out with a decent profit |

Not what I'm saying. What Betfair say. But yes. |
