I have had my account suspended as "my account has been matched with a number of other accounts".
Can anyone help with the meaning of this? I have been on here for 20 years and have no idea what this means.
Have tried live chat, which was on the most infuriating experiences I have had in my life. What happened to the old Betfair?

presumably they think your account is being used to avoid premium charge. If not the first thing to do is file a dispute.
