best App for trading on betfair? that allows bet Automation within odds ranges

for horse racing Looking for automated system that allows me to set odds ranges on selections at a point in time immediately before the off. Generally lay but dont want just the best lay price available to be matched as if odds have come in excessively eg when a late plunge occurs, would no longer be looking to lay that selection. any advise or suggestions please.
