General Betting

So I have wagered around 80k in the last 30 days with a net loss of around 12k. Asked the vip team if any loyalty bonus/offer could be applied based on my last 30 days activity and there answer is simply no! Wish I had done this with Bet365 now as I have a net loss rebate with them. Has anyone else had similar experience? Think it maybe time to jump ship for good as loyalty doesn't seem to pay with Betfair vip right now!

IF the OP post is legit, I'd be quite interested to hear whether he was betting on the Exchange or on BFSB.
