Will somebody please tell me, in a nutshell, what it's all about.
Jesus! It can't be THAT difficult to explain.

They give you a target to reach a certain number of points each person is given an individual target  every time you place a bet on the exchange you get points win or lose if you get the level one amount of points you get the amount of money  that your individual target states then you try and reach level 2 target and finally target 3
Your own individual target can be found on the site and everyday your points tally is updated

Eric - Do wah has explained it well enough, it's based on BF commission points, if you reach your personal target(s) in the specified period (usually one month) you are awarded the cash amount specified in your personalised targets.

Some people can't play it at all (not eligible) but if you have targets you are eligible to play. It's something for nothing really, the only catch is to be aware that (from memory) you might have to do up to four times your usual monthly turnover to accumulate enough points to hit even your first targets!

My thoughts exactly peckerdunne.
And as for targets, my betting is what it is and it won't be influenced by any points/awards system.

Thanks for the input gentlemen. It's very much appreciated.

I opted it. Was hardly bombarded but gave me three £5 free bets on Exchange for being a loyal customer. I can't see a catch. I'm not eligible for Cash Race but when I was it wasn't worth even attempting it imo as the targets would have involved betting far too much for so little reward. The 2% commission offer is the best thing they've ever done.

@Charlie

"gave me three £5 free bets on Exchange"

I don't think I've ever seen one of those (on the Exchange) - how do they work?  Like the Sportsbook ones (where you don't get the stake back)?

Think it was the first I've got (maybe one previously but not sure). I just logged in and the offer was bet £5 on exchange and get £5 back - within a couple of days. Didn't have to win or lose just returned your £5. You couldn't lay off though.

There really was no catch. There were no minimum odds either. £15 isn't going to make much difference but I appreciated it.

I bet Leeds to beat Derby pre-match (lost odds 2.4ish I think) Utrectht to beat somebody in play (odds about 2.4 again) which won and some cricket match which I can't remember.

Normally I have to bet about 10x my usual amount per month in order to get a cash prize of less than 1% of the premium charge I pay.
