Evening folks. Anyone here know if a bookie is obliged to notify customers when they've been restricted from accessing certain services such as best odds guarantee and promos?
you must receive an email stating that a review has taken place. That review must be conducted by someone at the highest level and you should get confirmation of this in the email. :-)

@Charmaine: Hello, B. Thank you for contacting Coral Customer Support, you're through to Charmaine. How may I help you today? @Charmaine: Please continue typing.
me: Hello, I'm trying to place a £200 bet on Polly's Pursuit 7.20 but it's coming up you have exceeded your maximum stake and it won't let me have anything on?
@Charmaine: I apologise that you are unable to put your desired amount on a bet. @Charmaine: Before we continue, can you please confirm your date of birth? me: **/**/**** @Charmaine: Thank you for confirming. @Charmaine: Let me go ahead and check the reason for this. @Charmaine: Please be advised that as per account review, currently you have been restricted by the Trading Team to process any sports bets on the account. Please be advised that this restriction only applies on your online sports betting account. You can still take advantage of the different promotions and bonuses offered by Coral on Casino, Bingo, Games, Poker and Lotto.
me: Sorry, I don't understand that?
@Charmaine: Sadly, you cannot process any Sports bets on your account. This was a hard decision made by the Coral Traders, unfortunately the reason for this is unknown to us. The Traders do not provide any information regarding this, as they do not have to.
me: Ok, thankyou.
@Charmaine: You are welcome. I hope that you are satisfied with the resolution that I provided. Please click here to provide any comments about your experience. Is there anything else that I can help you with, B? @Charmaine: Are you still there?
me: No, that's fine. Would of been nice if someone would of have the courtesy to notify by email for example of their decision rather than me having to waste my time chatting with you. Thanks anyway
