Hi Wizz. Contrary to what the movies portray, Americans are actually quite puritanical when it comes to gambling laws. It's nothing like the UK as far as I can gather. They are very protective. (Of course I'm open to any other point of view) So in order for big changes to occur, big changes need to occur.
