Anyone had the problem of the markets not refreshing and whats the fix please ?

That's strange. Betfair customer service's told me it was a problem on my side and they hadn't heard of this. I've turned on the flashing lights when the odds move and it seems a lot better but I still have to switch to a different market and return a lot because it keeps freezing.

I have a similar problem with both chrome and firefox in my three computers, started suddenly a few weeks ago. Does not happen every time but very often. Clicking Refresh does not help, F5 button does but it takes a few seconds during which the screen appears blank, very irritating.

Same here......use Firefox and had intermittent problems for a few days now......costing money.......can anybody at BF please sort it out.
I thought that it was just my computer but now others have it as well so must be something at BF.

Also, the whats on tv pages were unavailable for several hours........could this be linked ??
