As I'm likely to start paying PC soon, I started tracking the weekly and lifetime figures from the webpage and maybe I don't understand something or there is an error in this weeks figures.
My weekly total charges are listed as £97.09 but my TOTAL lifetime charges have only increased by £87.10 so it appears that I am not being credited with £9.99 worth of charges.
1) Is my assumption that the total lifetime charges should increase by the weekly ammount correct ? ( or is there some other hidden thing I don't know about ?)
2) Have betfair calculated all your figures correctly this week ?
Total lifetime charges do not include the current weeks charge. It would indicate that the £87.10 differential in lifetime corresponds to last weeks PC bill.

"Total lifetime charges do not include the current weeks charge."
seems a strange way to present the figures as the lifetime Gross PnL increased by the weekly Gross PnL.

I had last weeks noted as £83.07 but maybe I made a mistake. ( not convinced )

I believe my figures have been wrong this week. Although I think the error stems from a few weeks ago. Has anyone ever found their charge to be incorrect?

From time to time, they get the calculations wrong. I have had a few instances where markets had been totally ignored in the calculations - which showed that I'd paid less commission than I had and thus a wrong, increased PC rate. You should contact BF and ask for details in such cases as they will sort it out if you can prove it.
This is a big problem with PC... in that people only start checking the PC calculations when they have obtained that privileged position. There is no way to trace back, unless you have rigorously recorded every single lifetime bf bet, that they had miscalculated (the api only allows 3 months data to be retrieved). So, in essence, with no way to check bf calculations, there is no way to see whether you are paying PC before you should. You have to trust that everything was calculated legitimately.

Yes I think they have missed markets in my case as well. This has meant a higher charge. I wonder how many people check this or just accept bf figures. Have contacted bf but have received no satisfactory explanation from them.

Unfortunately, whoever you speak to won't be able to deal with this (in my experience)... they will need to pass this to the "Pricing Team". They don't allow you to talk directly to the pricing team (for whatever reason?) so is a long winded pain in the neck! From memory my last issue with this got resolved but nobody got back to me to let me know... I only noticed in the subsequent week that my totals were back the same as theirs.

Yes initially spoke to someone who seemed to know about the pc but no resolution. Since them emails with customer service who I don't think have heard of the premium charge.

Well after about 10 emails and calls I've gotten no nearer to getting mine corrected, or to be convinced there is no error. So be warned bf can overcharge you and there is nothing you can do about it - even if you notice they've done so.

No account manager. The difference in bf figures to mine actually comes from a few weeks ago but I only noticed last week when I got a higher charge than expecting. I double checked half a dozen times and am sure bf have missed a couple of markets.
