Actually this is a good question if you apply it to how much of a risk-taker you are. So do I fritter my 100 away with lots of 2 unit bets and a few 5 unit bets or do I put all my efforts into one bet and establish a healthy bank - a springboard as it were. Thirty years ago I won a betting credit with a bookmaker when I won a snooker tournament. 50 pounds or 100 dollars in Australian money. I decided to bet $20 in 5 races. I would not do any other bets just those 5. I came out in front with 3 winners and left Randwick Racecourse quite satisfied.
