12 second delayment clock beaten on spanish cup?

It was seen when Gameiro overtook last defender and was eye on eye with goalkeeper. It look max 2,3 seconds, but on Ladder we had that even I saw it on stream. So it wasnt mistake that we had an over backer. What is suprising is 12 seconds delay. Crazy. My position was taken before that btw so Im not complaining that I lost, but occurrence of it is at least unacceptable when we have 12(!) seconds delayment until bet is matched.

Customers have 12 seconds delay yet betfair have no delay,it is an unfair playing field and betfair should not be allowed to trade in there own markets which is a good reason why the New Jersey Gambling authority have given Betfair a license with a stipulation that they are not allowed to trade in there own markets,this should be a condition in the UK as well .

What is surprising me is, that in UK those pseudo Gambling commissions etc. are not defending customers rights. They are interested only of collecting money on most possible ways. Playing on exchange and knowing what position your opponent has is like knowing cards of your opponent in poker, but who cares today of it... corporations monsters-their policy is to take as much is possible, if this strategy is failing, than its time to change for another company to do the same.
