General Betting

Having traveled the world lots I have noticed some countries make it much more difficult than others to even view betfair.
Usually if I want to place a bet I use a remote access program (used to use logmein but teamviewer now) and I always have a second laptop sitting in my home country.
However to just view the markets I will usually browse through them not logged in (I think the delay is under 60 seconds although feel free to correct me) although now I am in South Africa and I cannot use the “new” beta site at all and keep being redirected to the old one which does not function well at all any more.
I know I could use torbrowser but to log in to other accounts I don’t want to be possibly sharing an IP address with somebody with a restricted account.
Is there a more productive way to view the beta site in South Africa, or any restricted country?
