Placed a pre season bet for Sergio Aguerro to be Premier league top scorer with Paddy Powers offer every time your selection scores in the premier league you will receive a free £2 bet for every goal he scores subject to a maximum of 5 premier league goals in any 1 week.
1 week after placing that bet I receive an e mail banning me from there promotions and I work out that this was because I had the audacity of being in profit to the absolutely massive amount of approx £400 during the previous 6 months.
Oh dear I thought well at least I will get a massive £2 free bet every time Sergio scores in the premier league.
The season starts Sergio scores 1 goal and my free £2 bet duly appears on the following Monday as although I am now banned from promotions this particular bet was struck a week before the e mail banning me.
The season carries on and Sergio does not score for a while then bang bang bang bang bang wow I've hit the jackpot a jaw dropping 5 x £2 free bets but no as when Monday comes along they do not appear, I contact customer services and they say no we banned you from promotions,i say but this bet was struck well before I was banned and I was only sucked in by the special offer,they say oh no it is in the t and c's of the original bet that we can refuse promotions.I say in that case why did you give me a free £2 bet from Sergios 1st goal of the season back in August,they say oh we just did but we do not have to now because you are banned from promotions,i say but I was banned before Sergios 1st goal but I was not banned when the bet was placed and accepted under your promotion.
So folks just letting you all know what type of company they are when they make absolute millions and champion on TV all there special promotions when they can welch out of a massive free £10 bet from there own promotions by acting retrospectively and if you win a small amount of money over 6 months they exclude you from promotions.

I was also excluded from promotions one week into the season. My opinion of them is so bad that I didn't even check to see if the Aguero free bet was in, I just assumed it wasn't.

i can believe that story as i know what they are like after having gone through about 10 accounts with them.

no they're not. they keep limiting my account after a couple of months, so i have keep opening new ones. most the other books last 6+ months.

Funnily enough I had an account with their Australian arm, which I opened for the 2010 Commonwealth Games. It lasted unrestricted for 4 years, until the point of consumption tax when they closed any UK accounts

They have easily the worst set of market traders amongst the UK books. Utterly gutless. Maybe the management put the fear of god in them but several of them are scared stiff to lay a bet.

It's a great book to have an account on because they are so slow in reacting to changes, but you'll be lucky to get much out of them before being banned.
I guess it wasn't Prem games they banned/limited you after? |
