From the terms of the offer:
Min bet £1. Max bet £10. One qualifying bet per customer. Single bets only. All other attempted bet types will be void. They should pay you £40 at the SP and £10 at 2/1 IMO, as that could easily read that any multi bets would be void, but singles stand. |

Yes, £10 at 2/1, rest at sp, minimum. If they try and shirk this after querying with them. Take the case to IBAS.

That their system allows bets outside the scope of the offer, shoddy. But there is always a limit on these types of bets. In this case you bet too much and were outside the rules. They are not in the wrong here.
