no-one gave a sh!t until the recent realisation of how widespread this is has finally made people see that the bookies are f00king over racing's future for the sake of profits...remains to be seen whether anything can be done though

Betting shops are empty these days except for the FOBT addicts and online bookmakers will be the same 2-3 years down the line.
Once people realise they cannot win through Bookmakers making it too difficult through poor value prices and greed, people spend their money on non betting activities. Word spreads rapidly and the flow of people no longer gambling becomes relentless. |

think things are just getting started.....
twitter accounts like traders decision has bee around for a bit but its more about twitter users taking the p1ss out of bookies and their methods rather than actually doing anything....still highlights the problems though. horseracingbettorsforum on twitter has just started recently and has some more influential names on it so lets hope we get heard. |
