I think they have cracked down recently. I have a longstanding losing accnt. w/ bf, due to two doubles going in, and I wouldn't win much from the exchange in the ordinary course of things. I got away with as many as 150 bets in the same kind of sizes you're speaking about--£25 and £50--before being reduced to 25p yesterday.
The people who run the sportsbook may not see themselves as under the bf umbrella and part of the 'brand'. If I'm paying 000s of comm. a year to the company and not beating them, you wd think that they wd put up w/ my custom on the sportsbook? But the thinking appears to be 'no', b/c I will beat the sportsbook.
Do the company as a whole understand 'reputation management'?

What I still can't understand is why online bookies don't just take the bet and drop the price. What's the point having a price up that they refuse to lay?
I went to B o y l e sports for a bet on TNO in the CH after he won at Haydock in January. I wanted £20 at 7/2 and they allowed me 46p, but the 7/2 was still up on their site for weeks afterwards.
