Has the API been running slowly since the attack?

i use the API , every day, all day during UK / Irish horseracing InPlay and I found that round-trip times returned to normal (about 32 millisecs for market updates ... listMarketBook() ) about the middle of the afternoon following the attack, and have remained at that sort of speed +/- a couple of millisecs since then.

The only exception being Saturday afternoon between about 14.30 - 16.00, which was also the norm pre-DDOS attack.

So, at least from my connection everything is back to normal.

I don't know much about DDOS-prevention, but, from what I've read, one of the first reactive lines of defence is to deny (or filter) connections from suspected groups of IP addresses ... that could be anything from indidual IPs, particular Service Providers, or even particular countries, so perhaps the best way for you to test would be trying the API from a different connection?

Have times gone back to normal now for people?

Mine have never got under 60ms for a round trip and today is sometimes taking over 100ms.

Mine never seemed to suffer except during the attack. I suspect you have some unrelated problem.
