help deposits

last 3 weeks all deposits I make there is a 1.50 charge that comes of. then taken of when it goes through.betfair said bank does this .bank says deff not them its betfair. then on phone betfair said take a snapshot on phone and send it to them.befors they escalate it to tecck team.god all those hurdles .how can they no just phone the teck team.they will no wot promlem is .it cant just happ to me. it even made me overdrawn till payment goes through
