In my statement summary there are bet Ref IDs with dates - there is an 11 digit reference number for the bet (ie. 24910555147) - is there somewhere you can input that number and see what the bet was ?

Not sure if there is anywhere to input the number but if you know the date you can go to My account > Betting > My bets, then if you click on options and put the date in it should give you a list of bets with their ID number and you should be able to see what the bet was.
