They`re `keep` bets. Tick the option in your betslip, but be aware that, when the market unsuspends and goes `in-play`, you`re bets will still be active. NOT cancelled.

I believe it is what is offered to back or to lay at the time immediately prior to suspend.

Wesdag is correct of course; at any time the prices shown represent the existing unmatched offers to back or lay, there's nothing special about the prices shown when the market is suspended in this respect.
The prices will change when either (a) the customer making that unmatched offer cancels his bet(s) - most suspensions allow cancellation or (b) Betfair cancel all unmatched shortly before settling and closing the market. |

Upon reflection, there are more than one type of `suspend`. I only play `Specials` markets. They are suspended when, eg. a phone vote result is about to be announced. At such times, the only prices left on screen, behind the `suspend` message, are `keep` bets. Obviously, it`s very different in, eg. a football match, when a penalty has been awarded. Then, all prices stay on show, until the penalty is scored, or not.
So, it depends on what type of `suspend` the-keklog is referring to. |

In racing they are the prices left in the market around 3-5 secs after the race actually ended.
