Hi, Am going racing next week. Can anyone tell me if it is worth trying to bet in running using my smartphone at the races, I know I would have a time advantage by being at the finishing post but would the mobile data lag be so slow that you would never get the money on quick enough. Sure some of you must have tried it! is it worth a go would love to hear your views  if you have tried it. Thanks.

Just to be sure I understand what you're asking...

You're announcing to the Forum that you're planning to try some courtsiding on markets the rest of us are playing at home, and you'd like us to give you a steer on the best way of shafting us?

And you're expecting honest answers?

Thanks Longbridge but I really don't think me placing a few quid at the finishing line is going to change the prices or alter anyones gambling outcome, do you?  Just asking whether anyone has tried, after all we all go racing from time to time, so it would be general advice for all, would it not?

They probably don't know the answer that's why their coming out with this self-righteous indignation. Would they do it if they could? of course they would.

Thanks No moves, thought it was a bit silly getting upset over a simple post requesting a bit of help over such a small issue!
