Not too sure on how this game will go.

CAMEROON are a bit erratic in their style of play, and I expect them to be stronger in 2nd half.

MEXICO know they have to be careful against C....but, their best chance to win game is to go all out at start for a quick goal. They are likely then to park the bus til 2nd half. The danger is that if they do go for that quick start, then CAMEROON may well hit them on break and take lead! This could easily happen....IMO.

I just suspect the MEXICANS will play with a bit fear in this match and CAMEROON might win......though my MAIN BET is on 1-1.    

If goes to 1-0 or 0-1......it could stay that way.....and i will incur a loss. Hopefully CAMEROON score first, then better chance another goal will come.

MGOFS is 1-1 or 1-2....or 1-0, which I do not want!

SPAIN players have looked a bit jaded at club level, and NETHERLANDS players seem to be conserving energy for World Cup IMO.

A DRAW is ok for both, but I suspect NETHERLANDS will score maybe 2 goals in this one,though 1-1 is my MAIN BET.

1-2 NETHERLANDS would not be a surprise in this one though!

Good start for you DFC but I do have to ask, how can you enjoy these games with your finger seemingly on the trigger the whole match!

Hi Buddles.

I place a few bets before game begins, based on what might happen in games.

Once game begins, I am watching hoping it is a good game, and so far not been dissappointed to enjoy game. As game progresses, I form a view on whether game is going roughly along lines my initial view was. I will place further bets :-

1. To exploit say an initial  2-2 back bet where I believe 2-2 is unlikely to happen. I may  already have backed 1-1 and game can be sitting on that score and I may have taken the view another goal will come, so laying potential profit off on 1-1 score , by laying DRAW is a strategy I sometimes use, especially if I already have 2-2 covered. Only takes a minute to put bets on, then I can return to enjoying game.NETHERLANDS game fell into that category.

2. I also place bets on CSs in play to cover what might happen...again only takes a minute.NETHERLANDS game again fell into that category...as when 1-2 N I suspected they would score again, then AUQ becomes a strong possibility( as SPAIN were being hit on break)....so I layed 1-2 scoreline when it came and backed AUQ a bit etc.

Last night the CHILE game got to 2-1 CHILE......and I just kept bets as they were, as there was a fair chance 3-1 or AUQ could happen. It went to 3-1....so tiny profit made. A good profit would have been made had they got to AUQ. AUSTRALIA were likely to tire a bit near end of game, and CHILE were just likely to snatch at least 1 goal.

Finger is not on the trigger the whole match......in fact the CHILE game was watched with computer off whole game!

I am betting to try to make a profit on each match....so I need also to bear in mind what bets I've placed at start........as PM1 said ...basically if I can make money and enjoy the game ....that is "perfect"!

You have to watch you don't get carried away with placing bets IP......as football in previous World Cups in first round matches can be dull affairs, as placing further bets IP ...eg laying 0-0 can be expensive . So far all game good games to watch.

If you have a few bets in CS market before game start.....then you can be fairly relaxed on most matches as they progress. If a game does not go way I thought it might, then I do have to react to that to see what bets can be done to mitigate the potential loss. Luckily most of matches have been covered by initial bets. The laying of DRAW ( with cover on 1-1 and 2-2 and 0-0 sometimes) at some point in game is so far working well.
