Did anyone else notice last night (around 2am UK time 20/4/14) the in-play fixed odds for Phillies @ Rockies weren't updated during the game. So when Rockies were 3-0 ahead, you could still back them with odds of 1.58 via the 'multiples' tab on the event screen, and at the same time lay against them at around 1.13 on the same page via the 'exchange odds' tab. So naturally I did this, backing at 1.58 and laying at 1.13. The game finished 3-1 and Betfair settled the exchange odds correctly, at the finish of the game. But, they failed to settle the multiples market until nearly 24 hours later, and in doing so used the wrong result - they used the result from the next game, 21:10 BST 20/4/14, which Phillies won 10-9.

I have sent an email asking customer support to correct the result in my multiples account.

Anyone else see this at the time? Or experienced similar (whether that be wrong result used to settle market, or in-play multiples odds not being updated live, or odds for the next game being used by mistake in a live in-play market - which is what I suspect happened here - even though Betfair don't issue fixed price odds for the next game whilst one is currently in progress, which is ultimately what I might have to argue to prove my case and recover my £600+).

Screenshots below show that result was settled as Rockies win in exchange market, and Phillies win in multiples market!

Thanks.

Did you back "in play" odds

OR

the game the following night?

OR

did the fixed site 'mis-direct' you to the wrong game?

Either way, was this resolved?
