can't see any rules or guidelines regarding these. Never used to get them. just had my 2nd one. first one i used on a 30p double. just used this one on a 60p double. Am i shortchanging myself? I probably should be doing as big a bet as possible if its free.

the free bet presents itself as a box to check on the betslip.
Maybe "my account/promotions&rewards/free bets" will give you the amount?
