I am using an o2 mobile dongle and and just get a flashing amber lights

It does not let me install the drivers
There musi be something lurking in my laptop which is preventing installation If I could get the dongle to work I am sure it would pick up a signal |

No firewalls on my laptop
Just spent an hour in the O2 shop with a so called o2 guru and she could not solve the problem The dongle just will not work on my laptop  |
