hi, my friend 3/4 years ago or whatever had a argument over the phone with the betfair helpdesk, because of the introduction of premium charge, he ended up using abusive language, anyway he self excluded... 3 months down line he rang and apologised and they said write in after the 6 month exclusion was up to re-instate his acc...he did this but they said your exclusion is permanent and due to recent history that is that!!.... he is a big winner!! 150k last year on his brothers acc, but he would do anything to get his acc back, any help advice please??

Seriously - then your friend should send his tax return to Betfair, as he is clearly operating a trade using another customer as a stooge. It doesn't matter if he's clever. Betfair's terms are clear. You bet with your own account and you pay PC if you are successful over and above the stipulated thresh-holds.

Just like courtsiding scum - cheating as well as operating a trade. Should be subject to sanction, and sticking their cheating gains on tax returns.

He would do anything to get his acc back
He'll yell and swear and give the helpdesk flack
And in his brother's name build a well big stack
But he won't pay tax
Oh no, he won't do that.
